The Bottling Line Technician maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the bottling line and makes safety second nature in all tasks carried out.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sets up the bottling line, ensuring that it operates efficiently and in a safe manner.
Priorities daily tasks to meet production goals Rotates between various functions on the bottling line such as disgorging, labeling, and packaging Performs general production housekeeping tasks, ensuring the facility maintains orderly and sanitized Transfers bottles from bins to cages and/or bottling line to boxes.
Supports during harvest and operates cellar equipment such as pumps and crusher/de-stemmer.
Follows all safety practices and company policies OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure that all business and employee interactions are compliant with state and federal law, as well as company policies and procedures.
Legal and ethical compliance is expected.
Other duties as assigned.

Previous experience on a bottling line preferred but not required.
Must have the ability to understand all bottling line machinery and controls.
Ability to focus on detail for long periods of time.
Must be able to work independently.
Some English speaking is required.
Basic reading and math skills required.

Must be able to work long hours when required.
