As an Event Director, you will work directly with the client to coordinate rentals and successfully execute events of varying sizes and scopes.
Working with Bright's Event Consultant Team, you will maintain and grow strong relationships with clients and partners.
You will conduct site visits, ensure accurate Rental Reservations and supporting documents, manage on-site installations and communicate directly with Bright Operations Team to exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, via email and in person Conduct meetings, site visits, and showroom appointments with clients Expertly recommend Rental Equipment based upon client's needs Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals to achieve sales growth Work with the Event Consultant Team to create and revise Rental Reservations with exceptional attention to detail Communicate in a timely and efficient manner with Sales, Operations and Asset Team Members Directly oversee and manage the completion of events from start to finish Qualifications for Event Director:
Proficient in sales, negotiations, and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and relationship skills 2
years of experience in event design, logistics or execution Ability to accurately multi-task and work at an above average pace Strong computer proficiency.
Familiarity with PC operating systems and proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom Ability to sit, stand, walk, and answer phone calls for long periods of time Bilingual in Spanish is highly valued Valid State Driver's License and reliable transportation
