Growing Sonoma County Manufacturer is looking for an Experience Customer Service Manager to join their team! Compensation:
To $92K plus benefits.
This key position acts as a liaison between wholesale customers and the team at large.
He or she will manage order processing from inbound receipt of a purchase order through the order fulfillment stage, while maintaining an open line of communication with the customer in a way that meets company standards.
It is critical that this person possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a thirst for innovation.

Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:
o New customer setup:
receipt, management, and dispersal of new customer information inter-departmentally, including vendor compliance o Order fulfillment:
management of purchase orders through receipt in-office to delivery at customer o Communication to Field Sales/Marketing teams:
order statuses, timing of new projects, POS initiatives, sample requests and ordering protocol o Communication to customers:
vetting out potential new customers, setup, advising on proper order protocol, pricing, order revisions, status, returns, etc.
; including frequent dialogue with buyers, transportation coordinators and receiving managers o Management of Customer Service department:
managing the current landscape and leading the future growth of the department Customer Service Manager Required Skills :

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
