Vehicle Description 1991 BMW 850i E31 Grand Tourer California Car Very nice 1991 BMW 850i E31 for sale.
Purchased new with an MSRP of $73,600 in November of 1991 from Roy Raymond BMW in Twin Falls Idaho by its first California owner where it has lived ever since.
Finished in Sterling Silver with black leather and includes, books, manuals, spare and toolkit, and a clean Carfax report showing regular service and maintenance at Weatherford BMW since new.
It currently has just under 134k well-maintained miles.
Its current owner hasn't driven much since 2018 and has decided to sell.
The 5.
0-litre V12 starts up, runs & idles smoothly and performs well.
Shifting is spot-on and the braking, suspension, and handling are excellent.
Its recent 5k service revealed 3mm at the front pads which will be replaced prior to delivery otherwise all systems look to be in good working order.
The Sterling silver paint is original and has a nice deep shine suggesting this E31 has always lived indoors.
Trim, glass, and lenses look good though expect some flaws and typical wear after 32
years.
Overall it is a very nice, original car that presents well.
The interior is in excellent condition, leather is supple making it very comfortable.
The original headliner, door and interior panels, switches, and gauges are in very good condition.
The windows roll up and down with ease and the sunroof functions as intended.
The radio reception isn't working though there is an audio adaptor that works with external devices such as an iPhone.
Overall it is super comfortable, has that classic BMW scent, and is wonderful to drive any distance.
